ColorFitFinder is a Chrome extension that helps you save color palettes and compare shopping-page product images against those colors. This policy explains what information is handled by the extension and website.

Information the extension stores

ColorFitFinder stores your palettes, saved colors, avoid colors, settings, scan results, saved finds, and license status locally in your browser using Chrome storage. This information is used to provide the extension features.

Shopping page access

When you click scan, the extension reads visible product images and page information from the active tab so it can calculate color matches. The extension does not scan pages in the background without your action.

No face images or AI profiling in this version

The current version does not collect face images, upload face images, or call AI services for face analysis. The seasonal color quiz is local and manual.

License activation

If you activate Pro, the extension may send your license key to the license validation service so your subscription can be verified. Do not enter a license key unless you want it validated for Pro access.

Website analytics and contact

This static website does not require an account. If you contact support, the information you provide is used to respond to your request.

Data sharing

ColorFitFinder does not sell your personal information. Local palette and saved-find data is not sent to a ColorFitFinder account service in this MVP version.

Data control

You can clear extension data by removing saved palettes and finds in the extension or by uninstalling the extension from Chrome.
